What a lovely and classic boutique hotel on beautiful Wrightsville Beach. Very clean well maintained with gorgeous grounds, sweeping views from each room and a staff that is always lovely.

Blockade Runner is a gorgeous resort with views of both the ocean and the sound, stunning landscaping, and a delicious onsite restaurant EAST.  The rooms have glorious views and the grounds are breathtaking with extravagant landscaping and a refreshing pool.

The views cannot be any more wonderful and the grounds are some of the most beautiful on the East Coast. For us there is no better place to stay but here when we come to Wrightsville.

The staff was fantastic, the accommodations were great and we did not want for anything. The restaurant staff made you feel so welcome and we loved the access to the beach.

From the moment we walked in we had a great experience! Beautiful facility. Gorgeous rooms. Spotless everywhere. The setting is the best I've ever experience at the beach. 

A Breath of Fresh Air

We have never seen a resort with such a personality and so many activities within walking distance. The service and the rooms were outstanding and the kitchen and food delicious.
