A great meeting is never more than a phone call away, as long as you’re calling our Sales Managers.  We pride ourselves in providing a comprehensive and stress-free meeting experience, from the smallest board meetings, to the largest conferences.  Our meeting spaces range in size and atmosphere to provide the necessary surrounding to meet your special needs; each room has full audiovisual capabilities and complimentary Wireless Internet.

The Twilight Room – If a lot of privacy is of most importance to your small meeting, the 450 square foot Twilight room might be just the place you need.  Located on the second floor of the Resort, where no other meeting space can be found, this room provides an exceptional amount of privacy while still providing stunning views.  From a wall of shaded windows you can catch the sun glowing off our reflective glass water feature, the flourishing flowers of our gardens, or the exciting activity by the pool. This hidden gem of space has a 40 person theater capacity, 30 person banquet capacity, and 25 person classroom or conference capacity.

The Beauregard Room – Whether your hosting a small meeting, a dinner get-together, or need a breakout space for your large meeting or convention, the Beauregard Room offers a gorgeous multifunctional space.  Your guests will enjoy panoramic views of our blossoming grounds and picturesque landscape, as well as the emerald green waters of Wrightsville Beach.  This 625 square foot room has a 50 person theater capacity and up to 40 person banquet capacity.  The Beauregard room can also be enjoyed as a smaller breakout, providing space for 25 people when used at a conference or classroom capacity.

The Florida Room – If your next meeting needs to be really impressive, the Florida Room is just the right space for you.  With teak paneling throughout and views of the Intracoastal Waterway, this room provides a sleek boardroom feel for your next corporate meeting.  Additionally, concealed white boards located on each wall provide easy access to all your notes and presentation materials.  This 680 square foot room has a 50 person theater capacity, 40 person banquet capacity, and 25 person conference or classroom capacity, also making it a perfect breakout space for larger conferences.

The Nighthawk Rooms (I & II) – These completely redesigned spaces offer some of the most spectacular views on Wrightsville Beach.  With teak and maple hardwood floors and breathtaking views of our lush gardens the Nighthawk room is a destination for success.  This room can accommodate any situation as it can break down into two separate spaces for meetings and conferences, or one large space for a wedding or social event.  With a combined 2,200 square feet The Nighthawk Room has a 175 person theater capacity, a 120 person banquet capacity, and a 100 person classroom capacity.

The Lee Ballroom – With 2,800 square feet and soaring 12 foot ceilings, the Lee Ballroom is the largest single space at the Resort.  New teak and maple hardwood floors reflect the elegance of impressive chandeliers throughout the space, a breathtaking scene for any wedding.  Seamlessly built-in Audio Visual equipment makes any meeting presentation or speech simpler than ever.  This room’s chic and contemporary ambiance has a 300 person theater capacity, a 180 person banquet capacity, and a 160 person classroom capacity.
